Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For patients with dental insurance, an estimated co-payment is expected when services are rendered. This account will be balanced with a refund check or billing statement when payment is received from the insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If there is no response from the insurance company in 60 days, then you will be responsible to pay the balance at that time. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
